Ricci, has grown up in a racing family.  He began competing at  the early age of 6 Driving a stock Lawn and Garden tractor in the Pine Mini Tractor Pullers.  He was a spectator for 4 years as he watched his mother and brother compete in Thursday Thunder at Beech Ridge Motor Speedway.

It wasn't until the 2002 season that Ricci showed interest in racing.  While being a valuable crew member on his brothers NASCAR Weekly Racing Series Modified racing in Claremont, NH.  At the end of the season Ricci tried out the families car in a practice session and decided to give it a shot in 2003.

In the three seasons Ricci has competed in Thurdsday Thunder at Beech Ridge Motor Speedway.  He has aquired 3 wins, 12 top 3's, 16 top 5's, 23 top 10's in the 29 races he has competed in.  Also Ricci has never finished worse than 5th in points and was runner up to Clayton Barker for the championship by 4 points in 2004.

In 2006 Ricci is returning to the track with a renewed vigor after last years multiple parts failures that kept him out of the points battle in the final weeks.  He has a proven team, with a capable car, and the abilities to be a top contender for the championship in his final season.
